Behind The Scenes

Guided Brewery Tours

Go behind the scenes with our head brewmaster. Learn about our grain-to-glass process, see our fermentation tanks up close, and enjoy an exclusive tasting session right off the brite tanks.

The Philosophy

More Than Just a Walkthrough

In the modern craft beer landscape, enjoying a pint in a well-lit taproom is only half the story. The other half is understanding the meticulous science, the unyielding passion, and the raw, agricultural ingredients that go into every single drop. Our Guided Brewery Tours are engineered specifically for enthusiasts who want to look past the front of house and step directly onto the active brew floor.

Unlike standard superficial walk-throughs offered by many larger facilities, our tours are completely unscripted and led exclusively by the actual brewers who make the beer. This means you are not just getting a rehearsed marketing pitch; you are getting firsthand knowledge, unfiltered opinions on hop profiles, and the unique ability to ask deep technical questions about yeast propagation, specific gravity, and temperature control.

"You can read a hundred books about brewing, but nothing compares to tasting the sweet, unfermented wort straight from the lauter tun, and then tasting the finished product. It connects the dots in your palate forever."

— Marcus Vance, Head Brewmaster

The Journey

From Grain to Glass

We have specifically designed these 90-minute sessions to balance technical education with pure sensory enjoyment. See the chronological breakdown of our facility below.

Milling the Grain

1. The Grain Room

The literal foundation of all beer. You will learn about the malting process, run your hands through different roasts of barley, and understand how the milling process impacts our extraction efficiency before the grain hits the mash tun.

Boiling Kettle

2. The Hot Side

Standing next to our 15-barrel system, you will feel the heat radiating from the boil kettle. Your guide will explain the intricate timing of hop additions—differentiating between early bittering hops and late-stage aroma hops.

Fermentation Tanks

3. The Cold Side

The tour transitions to the fermentation cellar. Here, among towering stainless steel tanks, we discuss the magic of yeast. You will learn how we control fermentation temperatures down to the exact degree to produce crisp lagers or fruity ales.

Tasting & Evaluation

A Symphony of Flavors

A brewery tour is incomplete without applying your newly acquired knowledge directly to your palate. We leave the noisy production floor and settle into our private barrel-aging room for a structured tasting session covering appearance, aroma, flavor, and mouthfeel.

The Experts

Led By The Brewers Themselves

The quality of a tour relies entirely on the knowledge of the person leading it. We do not hire part-time tour guides; we utilize our full-time production staff. The individual explaining the dry-hopping schedule to you is the exact same person who climbed the ladder and pitched those hops into the tank earlier that morning.

Because our guides are working brewers, the tours are highly adaptable. If a group consists of avid homebrewers, the guide can pivot instantly, diving deep into water chemistry, mash pH levels, and yeast pitching rates.

Booking & Private Excursions

To ensure everyone can hear the guide and navigate safely, we strictly cap our public tours at 12 participants per session. Because of this intimate sizing, tours routinely sell out days or even weeks in advance.

Looking for something more exclusive? We offer Private Group Buyouts for corporate team-building events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, and large family gatherings. A private excursion allows you to secure the entire tour block with customizable tasting menus.
